DEXRON® III is an SAE 0W-20 fluid. Central Petroleum Company believes that Dexron III specifications are inadequate for heavy-duty use. Hydraulic and hydrostatic pump manufacturer, Sauer Sundstrand, does not recommend the use of Dexron III (Bulletin PIB-9613).

Cen-Pe-Co Hydra-Tran Torque Fluid can reduce heat and wear while providing longer fluid life than Dexron III products. It is highly recommended for Allison transmissions calling for “Dexron III or C-4” and many other heavy-duty applications
